Middle Hill was a full renovation project whereby our client had downsized to a bungalow but needed to make more use of the internal and external space. On meeting with the client on site, we learnt that bedrooms weren’t a priority and found the existing conservatory was a wasted area. By replacing the third bedroom with an ensuite/ walk in wardrobe, and the conservatory with a single storey extension to enhance the kitchen/ dining area, we could create a much more user-friendly living space in preparation for the upcoming years for our client.

To gain as much natural light as possible, we used the sloping roof to our advantage and recommended the use of multiple Velux windows and French doors at the rear of the extension.

Finally, garage storage was still important for the client however they didn’t need as much as currently present, therefore a utility room was created at the rear of the garage.

We recommended our partner company, Harrison Construction, to carry out the works who did a fantastic, professional job. Our client was overjoyed with our whole process from design right through to build, and the personal and monetary value that the work has put onto the home.
