OUR SERVICES

On meeting with the client on site at Barley Field, it was clear the amount of potential which was hidden in their un-used, existing loft. We discussed how we could get the most out of the area and designed a beautiful new space, which included a large master bedroom with ensuite and large walk-in dressing room (which could also be used as another bedroom). Due to the size of the space, we were still able to keep some of that all-important storage space within the eaves.

To gain as much natural light as possible, we used the sloping roof to our advantage and recommended a dormer in each room, plus the use of multiple Velux windows and a luxurious Cabrio Velux to give a balcony feel for taking in the amazing views.

Finally, instead of boxing the staircase in, we created a balcony within the home so the new space flowed effortlessly with the existing space.

We recommended our partner company, Harrison Construction, to carry out the works who did a fantastic, professional job. Our client was ecstatic with our whole process from design right through to build, and the personal and monetary value that the work has put onto the home.
